TLE7270-2: IC suitable for µ-controller supply. Integrated reset circuitry for power on timing and output voltage monitoring. Stable operation with ceramic output capacitors (down to 470nF). Designed for automotive applications, protected against overload, short circuit, and overtemperature. Output current limitation, overtemperature shutdown circuit. Also suitable for applications needing stabilized 5V voltage.
