The XENSIV™ TLE4978 uses a hybrid Hall+coil architecture for bidirectional AC/DC current sensing. Integrated OCD and ZCD reduce BOM. With ISO 26262 up to ASIL B, it offers 9 MHz bandwidth and high accuracy for automotive and industrial designs. Grade 0 DSO 16 supports reinforced isolation. Precalibrated, with pre programmed sensitivity, it delivers 38 mARMS noise, <1% accuracy over full temp, and adjustable OCD/ZCD thresholds.
