The Infineon TLE4973-AE35S5-S0001 works at 5 V and provides an analog output proportional to the magnetic field measured as well as over current detection output. Digital control and diagnostic interface provides temperature readout, safety status readout, read/write programming access to internal E2PROM, control of diagnosis mode. Infineon’s Hall technology enables accurate and highly linear measurement. The measurement range up to ±34 mT allows to sense currents up to 2 kA without the negative effects like hysteresis and saturation.
