The Infineon TLE4906-3K is a precise magnetic Hall sensor with accurate thresholds for temperatures up to 150°C. Ideal for automotive applications needing precise position sensing, its operating range is -40°C to +150°C. This unipolar switch is triggered by a magnet's south pole. Magnetic field above BOP switches output low (transistor ON), and below BRP switches it back high (transistor OFF).
