The TLE4699, compatible with the TLE4299, is designed to supply microprocessor systems in automotive environments. It features integrated reset and protection circuits. Wide operating temperature range. Early warning function at pin SI. Reset threshold can be modified with optional resistor divider. Available in PG-DSO-14 and thermally enhanced PG-SSOP-14 EP packages.
