The TLE4279 can drive a 150mA load and includes short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown. It generates a reset signal for VQ < 4.65V, with adjustable threshold and delay. The TLE4269GM with integrated resistors is suitable for applications requiring pull-up resistors. It offers integrated resistors and an integrated comparator for low voltage warning. Additionally, the TLE4279 is available in a PG‑DSO‑8 package as TLE4279G.
