The TLE4269 can drive a 150mA load and has short-circuit protection. It includes thermal shutdown and generates a reset signal for VQ < 4.65V with integrated pull-up resistors. The TLE4279GM offers similar functionality without integrated resistors. It also provides input voltage supervision using an integrated comparator for a low voltage warning.
