The TDA38740 OptiMOS™ IPOL is an easy-to-use, fully integrated and highly efficient synchronous buck regulator with PMBus interface supporting up to 40 A.The device uses Infineon’s FAST Constant On-time engine for superior transient response. It is easily configured using Infineon’s XDP™ Designer GUI and the configuration can be stored in the on-chip memory.
