The S79FL01GSDSBHVC13 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) automotive-grade Dual-Quad SPI NOR flash memory built on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for high-speed performance. Supporting SPI multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR read modes, it achieves up to 160 MB/s data rates. With a 1024-byte page programming buffer, 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum, and AEC-Q100 qualification, it is ideal for code shadowing, XIP, and automotive data storage applications.
