The S70FS01GSDSBHB213 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) dual-die SPI NOR Flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data lines, SDR up to 133 MHz, DDR up to 80 MHz, and read speeds up to 80 MBps.
