The S70FL01GSAGMFI011 is a 1 Gbit (128 Mbyte) automotive-grade SPI NOR Flash memory using a dual-die stack of S25FL512S, based on Infineon 65 nm MirrorBit technology. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and supports SPI Multi-I/O, Quad and DDR modes up to 133 MHz. With uniform 256-kB sectors, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for -40°C to +125°C operation, ideal for demanding automotive environments.
