The S29JL032J70BHI313 is a 32 Mb, 3.0 V-only simultaneous read/write flash memory, organized as 2M × 16-bit or 4M × 8-bit, with 70 ns access time and operation from 2.7 V to 3.6 V. It features multi-bank architecture for zero-latency read/write, JEDEC 42.4 command set compatibility, hardware sector protection, low VCC write inhibit, and a lockable Secured Silicon Region.
