The S28HS01GTGZBHV033 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory with octal interface for automotive and industrial use. Operating at 1.8 V, it supports SDR up to 166 MBps and DDR up to 200 MBps in a 24-ball BGA package. Endurance Flex architecture enables up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years retention. Integrated ECC corrects single-bit and detects double-bit errors.
