The S25FL256SAGMFAG10 is a 256 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It delivers up to 80 MBps Quad DDR read rates and 1.5 MBps page programming. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers hybrid sector architecture, 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, advanced sector protection, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification for -40°C to +125°C operation.
