The S25FL256LDPNFB013 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) serial NOR flash memory in the FL-L family, featuring high-speed SPI multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad modes, including QPI and DDR commands. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and up to 125°C with AEC-Q100 qualification, it delivers up to 66 MBps quad read speed and 854 KBps page programming. Advanced security includes four 256-byte regions, individual block lock, and pointer region protection.
