The S25FL256LDPNFA010 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory supporting single, dual, and quad SPI, QPI, and DDR read commands. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it delivers up to 66 MBps read rates, a 256-byte page buffer, and flexible erase options. With robust data protection, 20-year retention, 100,000 program/erase cycles, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification, it is ideal for high-reliability automotive, industrial, and embedded applications.
