The S25FL128LAGNFI013 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) serial flash memory with SPI multi-I/O interface supporting single, dual, and quad modes up to 66 MBps. Built on 65-nm floating gate technology, it features a 256-byte page buffer and uniform 4 KB sector erase. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it delivers 100,000 program/erase cycles minimum and 20-year data retention. Security features include block lock and password protection.
