The S25FL127S is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI Multi-I/O flash memory using MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for enhanced program and erase performance. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and –40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it supports normal, fast, dual, and quad read modes up to 54 MBps. Flexible sector options, robust data protection with a 1024-byte OTP region, and 100,000 cycle endurance make it ideal for embedded code shadowing, XIP, and secure data storage.
