The S25FL127S is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory with MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for improved program and erase performance. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it supports industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and automotive AEC-Q100 grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) ranges. It offers up to 100,000 program/erase cycles per sector, minimum 20-year data retention, and fast read rates up to 54 MBps. Ideal for embedded code shadowing, XIP, and data storage.
