The S25FL064LABMFI010 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) serial NOR flash memory using 65-nm floating gate technology, supporting SPI with single, dual, and quad I/O, plus QPI and DDR modes. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and supports up to 125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1). Fast read rates reach 54 MBps (Quad/DDR), with a 256-byte page buffer, flexible erase options, and advanced security including password-protected regions and 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum.
