The S25FL064LABMFI003 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and up to 125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1). It features multi-I/O SPI with single, dual, and quad data lines, up to 108 MHz SDR and 54 MHz DDR. Security features include four 256-byte Security Regions, individual and region protection, and password protection. Flexible erase options and 100,000 program-erase cycles ensure reliability for automotive and industrial applications.
