60 V, 1.5 A DC single-pole Photovoltaic Relay in a mod. 8-pin SMT Package. This normally open solid-state relay can replace electromechanical relays used for general purpose switching of AC and DC loads. They overcome the limitations of both electromechanical and reed relays by offering high sensitivity, miniaturization, no contact bounce, insensitivity to external magnetic fields, shock and vibration and high reliability.
