The ITS4040D-EP-D is a compact, dual-channel smart power switch with integrated protection and diagnostic feedback. It provides high current capability (2A/channel), low RDS(ON) values (60mΩ @ 125°C), and is ideal for industrial environments. Switches resistive, inductive, or capacitive loads with robust protection, efficient heat transfer, and direct optocoupler interfacing. Perfect for high-current applications in limited space.
