This 600 V 4A solid-state relay provides powerful energy transmission over a 5.7 kVrms galvanic isolation barrier. This device integrates isolation, protection, gate driving, and power stage into one robust component. No dedicated voltage supply is required on the output stage. Input-to-output direct drive is accomplished via the Coreless Transformer technology.
