The REAL3™ IRS2976C is a 3D Time-of-Flight (ToF) image sensor tailored for the consumer and industrial markets. It features the 6th generation of pixel design, which provides increased sensitivity, allowing for longer range or reduced power consumption. It offers VGA system resolution (640x480 pixels) with a small 1/4“ (4 mm) image circle and a highly optimized BoM. The imager is only available as bare die, for customers who require a high degree of customization. For complete ToF camera modules, please refer to our extensive partner ecosystem.
