Infineon's MOTIX™ IFX9201SG is a 6A H-bridge for industrial, home appliance, and medical applications. It controls small DC motors and inductive loads with PWM modulation up to 20kHz. It offers protection against short circuits, over temperature, and provides diagnostics via SPI or status flag. The package has excellent thermal performance for automated solder inspection.
