The MOTIX™ IFX007T is an Industrial & Multi Purpose IC with a p-channel high-side MOSFET, n-channel low-side MOSFET, and integrated driver. It eliminates the need for a charge pump, reduces EMI, and offers easy microcontroller interfacing. The IC features logic level inputs, current sense diagnosis, slew rate adjustment, and protection against various faults. A cost-effective solution for high current PWM motor drives with minimal board space.
