The ICE188LM with primary enable/disable pin and 75 W power class in a small SMD footprint, integrates an 800 V SiC power switch, primary and secondary controller, and CT Link technology for isolated communication & MFI robustness, reducing system complexity and BOM. Featuring zero voltage switching (ZVS) flyback operation, it minimizes switching losses and EMI. With comprehensive advanced protection features and industrial-grade qualification, it allows to meet stringent energy standards with high efficiency and the creation of innovative designs for MHA with inverter auxiliary power supplies.
