The HybridPACKTM 1 is an automotive-qualified power module designed for electric vehicle applications. It features a 700V, 400A 3-phase six-pack TRENCHSTOPTM IGBT3 with an emitter-controlled diode, suitable for air or liquid cooling. Its design allows for easy soldering of the driver stage PCB on top of the module, with all power connections realized with screw terminals.
