The FM25V20A-G is a 2-Mbit (256K × 8) serial F-RAM memory offering 100 trillion read/write cycles and 151-year data retention. Operating from 2.0 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to +85°C, it supports up to 40 MHz SPI for fast NoDelay™ writes. Advanced write protection, ultra-low power (3 µA sleep mode), and direct hardware replacement for serial flash and EEPROM make it ideal for frequent or rapid-write industrial controls and data collection. Device ID enhances traceability.
