The CY8C4127LCE-HV423 is an ISO 26262-compliant automotive microcontroller from the PSOC™ 4 HVPA-144K family, designed for intelligent battery sensor (IBS) applications. It features a 48 MHz ARM Cortex-M0+ CPU, 128 KB code flash with ECC, 8 KB SRAM, and 8 KB data flash. The device integrates a high-voltage subsystem with LDO and LIN PHY, supports one LIN controller, and offers two high-precision 16–20 bit ΔΣ ADCs. Operating from –40°C to +125°C, it provides nine GPIOs.
