The CY8C4126LCE-HV413 is an ISO 26262-compliant microcontroller from the PSOC™ 4 HVPA-144K family for automotive intelligent battery sensor (IBS) applications. It features 64 KB code flash, 8 KB data flash, and 4 KB SRAM with ECC, two 16-20 bit precision ΔΣ ADCs, four TCPWM blocks, a LIN controller, and a high-voltage subsystem with LDO and LIN PHY. Operating from -40°C to +125°C, it delivers 0.1% high-voltage measurement accuracy, 9 GPIOs, and AEC-Q100 qualification.
