The CY8C22345-24PVXAT is an automotive-grade PSoC® programmable system-on-chip featuring an M8C CPU up to 24 MHz, 16 KB flash, and 1 KB SRAM. It integrates 6 programmable analog blocks, 8 universal digital blocks, and supports 24 GPIOs. Key features include CAPSENSE™ touch sensing with 21 CapSense IOs, LCD direct drive, and a 10-bit SAR ADC at 192 ksps. Interfaces include 2 UARTs, 2 SPI, and 1 I2C.
