CY62148ESL-55ZAXIT is a 4-Mbit (512K × 8) CMOS SRAM with 55 ns access for fast processor buffering in portable and embedded systems. It supports 2.2 V to 3.6 V and 4.5 V to 5.5 V supplies, with automatic CE power-down and high-Z outputs when deselected. ICC is 3.5 mA typ at 1 MHz (6 mA max) or 20 mA max at fmax, and standby is 2.5 µA typ (7 µA max). Available in 32-pin Pb-free STSOP.
