The CY15V108QN-50BKXQ is an 8-Mbit EXCELON™ LP F-RAM with 1024K × 8 organization, supporting 10^14 read/write cycles and up to 151 years data retention. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V over -40°C to +105°C, it features a high-speed SPI interface up to 50 MHz, low active (5.5 mA typ), standby (9 µA typ), deep power-down (1.10 µA typ), and hibernate (0.1 µA typ) currents.
