The CY15V108QN-20LPXI is an 8-Mb EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) organized as 1024K × 8, supporting up to 10^15 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention at 60°C. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V across –40°C to +85°C, it features a high-speed SPI interface up to 40 MHz, instant non-volatile writes, advanced write protection, unique device ID, and ultra-low power consumption.
