The CY15V108QN-20BFXI is an 8-Mb EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with a 1024K × 8 organization and SPI interface up to 40 MHz. It operates from 1.71 V to 1.89 V over –40°C to +85°C in an 8-pin UFLGA package. Features include instant non-volatile writes, virtually unlimited endurance, 151-year data retention at 60°C, and advanced write protection. Low active current and deep power down modes enable efficient operation for industrial and mission-critical data logging.
