The CY15V104QI-20LPXI is a 4-Mbit EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) for industrial applications. It operates from 1.71 V to 1.89 V and supports up to 20 MHz SPI interface for instant nonvolatile writes. With virtually unlimited endurance (1015 cycles) and 151-year data retention at 60°C, it features advanced write protection, unique device ID, and a dedicated 256-byte special sector. Low standby and hibernate currents suit frequent-write industrial storage needs.
