The CY15V102QN-50SXET is a 2 Mb EXCELON™ Auto ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with SPI interface, organized as 256K × 8, designed for automotive applications needing high endurance and fast nonvolatile memory. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V, it supports up to 50 MHz SPI clock, endures 10 trillion read/write cycles, and retains data for 121 years.
