The CY15B204QN-40SXET is a 4-Mb EXCELON™ Auto Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) organized as 512K × 8 with high-speed SPI up to 40 MHz. It delivers virtually unlimited endurance of 1013 read/write cycles and 121-year data retention, making it ideal for frequent, rapid-write automotive and industrial systems. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to +125°C, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and RoHS standards. Provided in an 8-pin SOIC package, it is Pb-free and tape-and-reel capable.
