The CY15B128Q-SXET is a 128-Kbit (16K × 8) automotive-grade serial F-RAM providing nonvolatile storage with 10 trillion read/write cycles and 121-year data retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and –40°C to +125°C, it supports up to 33 MHz SPI, NoDelay™ writes, and robust hardware/software write protection. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and RoHS compliance make it ideal for automotive data logging, industrial controls, and demanding applications requiring frequent nonvolatile updates.
