It delivers 100 trillion read/write cycles, 151-year data retention, and instant non-volatile writes. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V across –40°C to +105°C, it features low power consumption, ECC and CRC for data integrity, and advanced protection, making it ideal for industrial and data logging applications.
