The CY15B102QSN-108SXIT is a 2-Mbit EXCELON™ Ultra F-RAM with Quad SPI interface, organized as 256K × 8 and supporting up to 108 MHz operation. It delivers 100 trillion read/write cycles, 151-year data retention, and instant non-volatile writes. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +85°C, it features low active current and deep power-down modes. Integrated ECC, CRC, and write protection ensure high reliability for industrial and data logging applications.
