The CY15B102QN-50SXIT is a 2 Mb EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with SPI interface, organized as 256K × 8 and supporting up to 50 MHz clock. It offers virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention at 60°C. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to +85°C, it features low active (2.4 mA typ at 40 MHz) and standby (2.6 µA typ) currents, advanced write protection, and is available in an 8-pin SOIC package.
