The CY15B064J-SXE is a 64-Kbit (8K × 8) automotive F-RAM with high-endurance ferroelectric technology for nonvolatile data storage. Supporting 10 trillion (1013) read/write cycles and 121-year data retention, it is ideal for frequent or rapid write applications. Operating from 3.0 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +125°C, it features low active and standby currents, I2C interface up to 1 MHz, NoDelay™ writes, and is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and RoHS compliant for automotive use.
