CY14E256Q5A-SXQ is a 256-Kbit (32 K × 8) SPI nvSRAM combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage to retain data through power loss. It supports 40 MHz reads/writes with zero-cycle delay, AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up, plus software STORE/RECALL. Operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V over –40°C to +105°C in an 8-pin SOIC with VCAP (42 uF to 180 uF) and 8-byte serial number.
