The CY14B116K-ZS25XI is a 16-Mbit (2048 K × 8) parallel nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock, using QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells for 20-year data retention. It supports 25 ns access at 2.7 V to 3.6 V across −40°C to +85°C, with AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up or by software. Up to 1M STORE cycles, HSB hardware STORE, and sleep mode to 10 µA are supported in a 44-pin TSOP II.
