The CY14B108N-BA25XI is an 8-Mbit (512 K × 16) parallel nvSRAM combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40 to 85°C with 25 ns access time. Data is automatically STORED on power-down using a 122 µF to 360 µF VCAP capacitor; STORE/RECALL can also be initiated by software or the HSB pin, enabling fast nonvolatile save without external EEPROM writes. It is offered in a 48-ball FBGA package.
