CY14B108M-ZSP25XIT is an 8-Mbit (512 K × 16) parallel nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock, alarm, and watchdog timer. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C and supports 25 ns access time. QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements enable AutoStore on power-down using a 122–360 µF VCAP capacitor, with up to 1 million STORE cycles and 20-year data retention. Packaged in 54-pin TSOP-II.
