Infineon's RASIC™ CTRX8188F is a state-of-the-art 28 nm 4D imaging radar MMIC for L2+ to L4 automated and autonomous driving. With superior SNR, it detects vehicles and vulnerable road users at a distance of up to 380 m using 8T8R configurations. Optimized for low system cost, the CTRX8188F supports device cascading, low-cost waveguide antennas, and features a flexible digital PLL for complex waveforms, with an industry-leading flyback time of <1 µs.
